Luca Vernizzi. Spazio e solitudine

Luca Vernizzi’s personal exhibition presents a selection of twenty recent works next to a group of papers, small drawings, independent preliminary designs and sketches dedicated to the theme of the painted object.
The works on display, in between the classic iconography of still nature and a conceptual reinterpretation of images, offer the artist’s look on everyday existence in which the objects and the space around them are depicted in an unlimited dimension from which the essence of things emerges.
On display there are also some portraits in which the isolated figures appear as suspended entities in waiting.
