La Biennale di Venezia 2010 – 12

CULTURE_NATURE green ethics – habitat – environment, curated by Alessandra Coppa and Fortunato D’Amico, is the important side-event which takes place within the 12th International Architecture Exhibition of la Biennale di Veneziato be inaugurated on Thursday, August 26th 2010.

From August 27th until November 21st, the Spazio Thetis at the Arsenale Novissimo, which covers over 15,000 sqm between indoor spaces and parkland, will house over 50 architects, artists and international universities. This is a very heterogeneous creative group which through different ideas, techniques and processes sets itself the displaying objective of the Man-Environment-Architecture relationship in the contemporary culture of the third millennium, living rise to projects, installations, artworks and videos

The event is accompanied by interesting meetings involving prominent cultural figures, such as architects, artists, philosophers and filmmakers, who are invited to discuss with the public matters relating to the major environmental changes and the ‘culture’ of living in relationship with the natural habitat.
